Noble Education Initiative (NEI) is a not-for-profit comprising of seasoned educators and school leaders that ensure the delivery of high-level instruction and school operations. It enables schools to leverage data, technology, and instructional techniques to drive individualized student education.

NEI’s value proposition hinges on decades of hands-on educational expertise, sophisticated professional development programs, and a multi-pronged approach to solving the crisis of teacher attrition and ineffective use of technology in classrooms. Focused on charter school management, the company partners with non-profit entities seeking to launch a charter school or optimize an existing one. To achieve this, it develops a rich culture of professional development and performance-based compensation plans, building an environment that attracts and retains high-caliber teaching staff.

NEI is adept at working with charter schools, offering hands-on support in every area, from financials to curriculum. Whether it’s an operational school seeking to improve its standards or a dream envisioned by a community organization, NEI has the tools and expertise to help.

“Teachers consistently seek more support and training opportunities to hone their skills. In addition to managing schools, we also provide professional development programs for teachers and leaders,” says Sherry Hage, founder and CEO of NEI.

Devoted to professional development for teachers and school systems, NEI offers tailor-made workshops and training sessions on various aspects, such as classroom management, data-driven instruction, and remote and hybrid education strategies. During the COVID-19 pandemic, it led the charge in equipping schools and teachers to adapt to distance learning environments, demonstrating its agility and innovation.

Another distinctive feature is its balanced approach to technology use. While some organizations throw expensive technology into classrooms without guidance, NEI understands that teachers must be equipped to use these tools effectively and provides the training that positions technology as part of a broader educational strategy.

At Nashville Collegiate Prep, a K-8 charter school, NEI’s innovative community model breaks down traditional barriers between classrooms, allowing multiple teachers to collaborate and share the instruction of an entire grade level. For instance, in a conventional first grade with five classes, each teacher focuses on one group of 20 students. Under NEI’s model, teachers work collectively. This ensures that students benefit from multiple areas of expertise and teachers aren’t isolated in their classrooms. Flexible classroom spaces that can be adapted for individual or group learning enable instructors to focus on their curriculum areas. This approach fosters a sense of collective responsibility and engagement among teachers.

Teachers consistently seek more support and training opportunities to hone their skills. In addition to managing schools, we also provide professional development programs for teachers and leaders.

NEI’s system-wide accreditation from Cognia, previously known as AdvancED, is a testament to its reliable processes that yield high-quality educational outcomes. The accreditation focuses on productive learning environments, equitable resource allocation, and effective leadership—key elements the company implements across all its projects. Any school operating under the company’s management automatically becomes Cognia accredited.

Partnering with a broad spectrum of organizations, NEI assists clients through every stage of the process—navigating regulations, securing financing, hiring staff, implementing educational models, and turning visions into educational havens that thrive.

The Nashville Collegiate Prep, founded in collaboration with the ReThink Forward non-profit organization, has grown significantly in its three years since opening. Due to NEIs management and practices, ReThink Forward is building a larger campus with plans to grow to a K-12 system serving 1,800 students. ReThink Forward envisions the school will become a flagship charter school in Tennessee, embodying all the hallmarks of NEI's approach to educational management. ReThink Forward and NEI are also set to open a sister school, Rutherford Collegiate Prep, in neighboring Rutherford County, set to open in August 2024 as the first-ever charter school in the county.

NEI is more than just a company. It’s a catalyst for change in the world of education. Its comprehensive services, rigorously tested methodologies, and forward-thinking initiatives are setting new standards in both school management and teacher development.
